PROCESS
1. I'll review your character reference to see if there are any additional costs and to see if I can handle your request.
2. Once I accept your commission, I will put you on the waiting list, before I start to work on your commissins, I will send your a link for payment.
3. After receiving the payment, I will then add it to my queue at Trello with a due date on which to expect it completed by. (Please note me if you didn't see you name at Trello)
4. I will send you a image for each stage to let you confirm before I go to the next stage. Therefore, please carefully review the sketch and tell me if there's any adjustments, changes, mistakes, missing on the drawing.
Stage of Drawing
( Sketch for rough idea -> a better sketch -> Lineart -> Flag color -> Finalize)
Stage of 3D model
(Rought model -> Detail model -> Retopology -> Texture -> Rigging -> Rendering)
There will be extra charge if you want have things to change from the last stage after you confirmed to continue.
5. I'll send you two files, one with and one without a watermark at the end.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
1. Full payment is required before sketching.
2. I don't accept payment plans for commission
3. You can have a full refund if the sketch hasn’t progressed further or I decide to cancel the commission for whatever reason.
4. If the are a full refund, the sketch will be sold as a YCH for someone else to buy and you lose all rights tof it.
5. A partial refund is sent if canceling beyond the sketch progress. Amount depends how much work is done.
6. No refunds once the commission has been completed.
RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK
1. Unauthorized use of my work is prohibited.
2. I have the right to upload your commission to my art accounts and portfolio with given credit where able to.
3. The customer has the right to reupload the artwork with credit to me @blutack1966 .
4. The customer may make small edits to the work
5. AI training with my art are not allowed
6. You may not make profit off of my work, that includes selling stickers, prints and other form of (virtual) money gain. (Selling your character with my art are accepted)
7. I have the right to share the WIP on my art accounts and portfolio. However, you may require me to keeping it private until a certain date.
TEMPLATE RIGHTS
1. Refund are not accepted .
2. Modifications are accepted as long as you credit the artwork.
3. Do no redistribute my bases anywhere. This includes sharing with friends.
4. Only the original buyer retains the license to use the base(s).
5. You must credit me for the base everytime with @blutack1966.
6. Useing my base for adoptables, customs, trades, gifts, recolor commissions are accepted.
7. For recolor commissions for 3D base, license from my webside are required for both buyer and seller.
8. You may not sell merchandise with my bases, that includes pins, shirts, prints etc.
ADOPTABLE RIGHTS
1. Do not profit from the characters you obtain from me. This includes having them made into pins and selling them for a profit. If you want to sell merchandise based on a character I created, we can talk about royalties.
2. You may change and alter the design as you see fit, as long as I am given credit for the original design.
3. Give me credit for the design; you may not claim copyright even if you make changes.
4. Please notify me if the design's ownership changes in order to avoid potential theft confusion.
